Preowned Game/s Warranty

  • Pre-owned Games comes with 1 Day (24 Hours ) Testing warranty from our end starting from the date of delivery.
  • All our Pre-owned products carry our logo Stamp/Sign to facilitate easy returns in case of any issue and to avoid fraudulent claims.

  • No returns shall be entertained if the Stamp/Sign is tampered with.

  • Only the products containing our logo stamp/Sign will be eligible for return/replacement under any circumstances.

  • In the event of a return of the product due to non-functionality, we will schedule a return pickup, and the product received will be tested. A replacement will be provided subject to no physical damage on the product and it satisfying the policy defined in the previous point.

  • No Refund/Replacement will be provided if the product is in perfectly functional condition, and the same will be returned to the user after the payment of necessary shipping charges.

Pre-owned Hardware Warranty

  • Pre-owned hardware comes with 1 Day (24 Hours ) Testing warranty from our end starting from the date of delivery.

  • In the event of any issue occurring with the product, the same must be informed to us immediately to process servicing.

  • If an issue is noticed the product will be replaced.

  • If an issue is noticed before the warranty period, the product will be serviced through our vendors and will be sent back to the user. The user will have to bear with us for the time taken by the vendor to service and fix the product.

  • Warranty becomes void in case the product has physical damage, has been repaired, or the warranty seal is tampered with.

  • Warranty claims for brand-new hardware, which come with the manufacturer’s warranty (details if mentioned on the description of the product), will have to be claimed directly from authorized service centers of the manufacturer.

Order Cancellation and Refund

To return products please contact customer support by email on support@games18.in within 1 day (24 Hours) of delivery. Any return requests later than one working day of delivery will not be entertained

  • We provide refunds only in case of non-availability for the same product for replacement and for the following conditions:

    • Damaged or Faulty Product(s).

    • Wrong Product(s) delivered which are not as per your order.

    • Cancellation of order before dispatch.

    • Cancellation of order due to stock unavailability.

      • We will arrange Return Pickup of the Product from your Place (No Extra Cost)
      • Refund processing time -7 Days after we receive Return and Inspect the product.
      • A refund would be processed to Bank account or Upi (Provided by Buyer)

  • If a customer makes full payment and the parcel is dispatched from our warehouse and the customer refuses to take it, the remaining amount will be returned to him after deducting the shipping charges.

Unboxing Instructions

  • Make an unboxing video of each parcel before opening the Parcel. In which the AWB number of the parcel should be visible, and every corner of the clear parcel should be visible.

  • If there is any damage during transportation, or the item is missing, or you receive another parcel, our team will claim it and give it to you.

  • If you do not make the video, it will not be our responsibility.
