Unboxing Instructions

  • Make an unboxing video of each parcel before opening the Parcel. In which the AWB number of the parcel should be visible, and every corner of the clear parcel should be visible.

  • If there is any damage during transportation, or the item is missing, or you receive another parcel, our team will claim it and give it to you.

  • If you do not make the video, it will not be our responsibility.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
  • Games18 Provide 1 Day (24 hours) Testing warranty from the date of Delivery.
  • please contact customer support by email on support@games18.in within 24 hours of delivery. A pre-owned game will not be eligible for return towards minor transit box damage.
  • Any request for cancellation of orders once dispatched shall not be entertained.

Games18 provides refund only in case of

  • Wrong Product(s) delivered which are not as per your order
  • Damaged or Faulty Product(s)
  • Cancellation of order before dispatch

All pre-owned games will have a Games18 Symbol /Signature  on the game disc, refund/replacement will not be provided, in case of any tamper with the stamp ink / Signature

A processing fee of 2.5% excluding taxes will be charged on cancellation of orders before dispatch. This fee will be waived off in case product cannot be dispatched due to a fault of Games18.
Please allow up to two weeks for your refund to be processed.

We are unable to refund digital download codes where regional compatibility is the issue in question.

To return products that are damaged in transit or in case a wrong product is delivered, please contact customer support by email on support@games18.in within one working day of delivery. Any return requests later than one working day of delivery will not be entertained.

Postage charges for return of products will not be refunded.

Please note that postage/courier charges are not refundable.

For items that were not delivered, refund will be processed only on confirmation that the product was not delivered to you and you choose to take a refund and are not interested in any other product.

Physical damage to any product purchased at Games18, will effectively void warranty coverage. Improper Installation of Electronic products which may cause physical damage, cannot be returned for replacement or refund. Physical damage includes but is not limited to improper handling and/or any other type of damage sustained by irregular usage.
